Youth
12-18 years old

From the age of twelve, a new phase begins for both you and your parents. (transition from primary school to secondary school). This means more independence, and letting go a bit for your parents. You immediately get a lot on your plate. Making schedules, doing homework, learning, cycling distances and so on.

As you get older you are looking for yourself, friends become very important, and you don't really know where your boundaries are.

A lot can come your way through school, a new environment and / or circumstances. It could also be that there is a sad or difficult situation in your private life. Sometimes this can feel like too much and bother you together.

If you don't know how to find a solution for a while, it can be very nice if you can talk to someone who watches you and sees what you need to help you on your way.

Even if you as a parent are concerned about your child, it can be enlightening and clarifying to contact us and thus take the first step to get things that no longer feel or run well into motion again.
